These bouncing chairs we use in larger drop sided cots in neonatal care to help with better breathing and aid good ventilation of lungs in the positioning. Even if need monitoring. There is lots of visual stimulation to help development. Sometimes babies can be unsettled because they are bored.. So this helps them see what everyone is dong. But babies need supervision and indeed they do to have the company and the talk too, sing too and just be there as companionship. I find it difficult with a baby not to chatter to them when they are awake.... love their interactive facial expressions and coo cooo sounds in response...
This chair idea would be good for Sham even with her wound which looks to be healing well..... Really wish I could get to her in Turkey.
This chair is nice found in the Mothercare online shop.
We take for granted our home and all the nursery equipment we can get for our babies. But here we have refugees trying to cope in all sorts of circumstances.... and the community they are in the host country trying to support as best they can with the resources they have.
