I enjoyed myself yesterday evening having a look round our local shopping complex in Hayes. But it is so frustrating seeing lovely clothes for Princess Leen and Princess Celine plus our little man Ahmed and having no funds to purchase for them. The Mothercare range is very attractive with lots of lovely clothes and themes. There is an emphasis on boating for some of the girls dresses and the boys dungarees..... and I love the splash of yellow too in the spring collection. It was good to have a talk with the local manageress and she was interested in all I am doing. I was saying how I had emailed the head office some weeks ago to see if the girls could model for their catalogue. I am still awaiting a reply and from other clothes companies I have approached. It would be a good way to keep the spotlight on the need for families to rebuild their lives after fleeing for their lives. I also had a look in Next Next and TK maxx TKMAXX there were one or two things I liked there..... and of course I could send some funds for Boshra to shop in the local shops in Belgium and for Ahmeds mum to shop in Turkey. I just need some funding and some regular supporter donators....as there is so much to be done. Not only clothes but educational materials. I still need to get some art materials for Boshra so she could maybe earn through her artwork... I would like to visit the family in Belgium in March for Celine's first birthday.
