Linking Up

We visited another camp by the sea outside Athens as my family have friends there from their town.  It was amazing to meet up and so enriching to find out that in this group of refugee friends are a Vet; Teacher; IT operator and Business administrator.... We have some valuable skills among our refugees that can be utilised to good value in communities.... It was good to get some sea air and that day I met with one of the rescuers of the time when people were fleeing and risking the sea to get to safety only to find that the sea too had become a threat to life.  This wonderful Earth Angel had not only saved lives but continued her befriending support of those lives too..... Greece can stand tall in the world for the rescue and support that has been and continues to be given to those fleeing for their lives and safety from war.
