It has done me good, as I am actually unwell with a chest infection and my doctor has put me on antiboitic treatment after listening to my chest sounds... When I was looking round at the refugees one of the Aunties is the same ill with flu.... Dante was going out to pick up some medication for her.
I feel frustrated as when I have the funds I can send supplies out to help.... and I think we all need good vitamin supplements.. A combination of stress and this exceptionally cold winter is not helping all to keep well...
This is the situation the more stressed out the more you need good food to help you cope. I have to say we are all missing seeing one another too. Family Link Up if I have the funds to visit helps all as I can cross borders and link up the families. The perfect scenario is to visit Boshra and the girls in Belgium, then go to Asma in Germany and take gifts over to the grandmother in Turkey and vice versa....... But at least we can maintain some contact with skype calls and parcels as I can. Love this photo of Ahmed having a good belly laugh.... the children are so cute and deserve as much help as possible with rebuilding lives. This means all the adults getting chances too! We have an amazing amount of talent and skills and professions among the family and if we can harness them with language skills there will be great work opportunities.
