Found this book in Uxbridge Waterstones it will be brilliant to use with all the target languages that Leen and Celine are exposed too..
and look had this pretty cardigan sent to me today for Celine .. so just got all this off in the post to Belgium.
It would be good to get more interactive books and bilingual books plus education games and toys. Also so art materials for Boshra so she can paint and sell her artwork in the local markets and online.

Oh my do you remember me buying this dress from our local Hayes Sainsbury's. I loved this style but got it a bit too big in 2016, when I was going out to see Boshra and Princess Leen for the first time in Eleonas Camp Athens.. But bless her she looked so cute in this dress.. we did a wonderful day in Athens with seeing rabbits in the pet shop and then ice cream in the wonderful ice cream parlour in the centre... But look it is fitting good now she is 3 yrs and she looked so pretty today in the Belgium where they are now settled by the UNHCR... She looks so pretty Jamila... and the girls looked to have had great day today. Hope I can get well soon and the funds to travel this summer to see them.

Yesterday skyped Boshra and the girls as I am missing them so much. Difficult being alone recovering from my time in hospital and unable to visit them. But I also need the funds too. It was a lovely skype call as Leen was showing me the musical song book I sent at Christmas.... she likes it and tries to sing the songs in English....Then I noticed Celine is wearing the fish decorated sun dress that I got for Leen last year in the summer sales... lovely how Boshra will get all the wear she can out of the clothes I send. Celine was showing me the fish on her dress and smiling.

Today had some more photos sent me and I am smiling as I can see that they are taking up on my observation on how big they are growing. Look Leen and Celine are showing me their heights against the wall.. I need to get one of those nice nursery wall measures.. as this will help them understand maths on measuring too. I always like to blend in educational themes.
Boshra likes to dress the girls good and girlie so was looking on the Mothercare website and like the two dresses below as again there is some learning from the material pattern.. the Pink one is about the Circus and I can see Princess Leen in this.. and the Blue one is about the seaside and I can see Princess Celine in this.. But I desperately need to find some funds to get all that I would like for all the family.
Leen when we were skyping was singing the Rainbow song for the colours in English.. so found this youtube link to send to her too. I can sing a rainbow and other nursery rhymes.

While I am recovering at home, Boshra just sent me these photos of Celine this afternoon. Good she is liking the interactive books I sent... and the images makes it easy to understand with any target language that Boshra uses. So our one year old is now a little professor hhhh I am trying to get myself well to go and see them in Belgium... I was thinking I may take Olivia one of my grand children to not only be with me but it will be good for her to meet Boshra and the girls. Olivia has done a project at school on refugees and now is at college aiming to be a teacher....So a good continued project to help me with Family Link Up. It would be good to get more interactive books and bilingual books plus education games and toys.

while stuck at home recovering from the chest infection... been tidying up the introductory story on my gofundme and done an update.... As I build up my strength I am trying to build up some funds to get out and visit Boshra in the better weather... so check out the link. Gofundme Family Link Up and here is my latest update on the gofundme "well my dear supporters got knocked for six with as chest infection .. The Siberian weather we have been having in the UK led to me being ill. I have received excellent care in Hillingdon hospital having been a blue light transfer from the GP surgery to A/E resus. I am now rebuilding my stamina and my Family Link Up keeps me focused on that goal.. It was lovely to have my lap top by my bedside as the family could send me messages... we could not skype on the hospital wifi but could facebook chat, send video messages... The whole family were praying for me and I could feel this.. and the children send me updates to cheer me up... Dante's mother is frustrated as she wants to build me up with some good Syrian food... bless her....
My GP has visited me at home and says it will take a few weeks to get full strength back...... I need to build up as I am desperate to visit Boshra and the girls in Belgium... but clearly this will have to be in the better weather too....
I can get parcels to them as my daughter and grand daughters are looking out for bargains in the shops here.... but I continue to need your donation support please... if you look on the donations that donation for £70 I have in store for the ferry fare to Belgium.. and I need more funds to get enough for a good shopping spree with Boshra.... I want to get her some art materials so she can follow her love of art work and maybe get a stall in the local market to start earning....
and we can all be proud of Princess Leen gee 3 yrs old speaks 3 languages Arabic, English (northern accent lol mine !!) French and now learning Dutch...
oh that was nice when I was in hospital the lady in the next bed was Dutch we got on really well ..I could practice my dutch speaking with her.
Good the doctors and nurses took an interest in all my campaigns and projects....

Do you remember all those clothes Family Link Up was given in 2016 and I took out to Boshra in the Eleonas Camp... we had loads to distribute - This pink dress going strong still... Leen got wear out of it and now Celine... it is lovely warm dress too and full of love of the mother that gave it to us.... Just got the picture of Celine wearing the dress today. They are round at refugee friends house today in Belgium... looking forward to getting well enough and some funds to visit them in Belgium.

Some lovely photos in for me while I am in hospital. The family are saying prayers and keeping me strong. They send fun stories too to cheer me up. Ahmed is getting a big boy now and playing in the park in Turkey. The photo of Leen and Celine by the river is lovely. I cannot believe how big they are growing... I am so missing them and looking forward to getting well enough to visit.

Got more update photos from Boshra on the girls ... Leen and Celine waiting for me she says they send love and get well...... seems they are interested in the children's TV programme. I am feeling better but not out of the woods yet the medical consultant wants to look after me some more as the chest infection bug as been vicious and overwhelmed me. Had some fun yesterday with my daughter and grand daughters - they brought a princess cake in with tiara for us all to share with the staff..... then we had some fun with the fact the bed is number 10 and given I do a lot of campaigning we did a fun tweet of being Lady Marjorie PM at number 10 on the front line of the NHS.... Boshra was laughing and Dante..... good to have some fun together.

I was rushed in to hospital on Thursday with major breathing problems from a chest infection. so I am in hospital now with my lap top updating...I could not bear to be unable to keep in contact with the family. My daughter got my lap top so I can continue being me and not just the patient! The nurses are good with me with added respect for me being a retired RN RM... and they are interested in all I am doing. So it is doing me good to keep my facebook and chat connection. Boshra just sent photos of the Leen and Celine playing now in the apartment in Belgium. I do long to get to see them and hold them and have fun again together. All the family in Turkey, Belgium and Germany are sending their heartfelt wishes for me to keep strong and get well. It has been this Artic weather that seems to have got me. I hope to get sorted soon but the doctors have done a CT scan so I need to know the reporting on this too. I hope nothing more challenging than a chest infection to get over. I so have to keep strong as we have so many projects to do to help rebuild lives.
