Reading together over videocall

 The dual language books I bought the girls are now being used by Leen herself as she reads the pages to me.. She recognises the roman alphabet better than the Arabic script..but can speak fluent Arabic.. We learn the meenie jeemies together.. as I can write and type Arabic but not speak it well.

House of Lords Teddy

so many times I have used my House of Lords teddy to entertain the children on messenger videocall..in Turkey Germany Athens Belgium... but wow now Princess Leen can not only draw him but write House of Lords as on his jumper. We sent this to Alf, Lord Dubs to cheer him up as he works hard for refugees needs to be met.

I got 2 for the price of 1 with this sale bargain from John Lewis online ..I shared images of sale bargains for Leen & Celine with Bushra and she chose this style.. The order came quickly and I am pleased with the quality and design it is versatile.. I am hoping to visit soon to take these. 💞 Many thanks to my loyal friend and supporter of Family Link Up who gave me some funds to buy gifts for the children. And got a top for Adam. So brother & sister gifts.

Fascinating Art Share call today 💞

Screenshots of a brilliant messenger call today ...Leen was in a drawing mood so I showed her some fun work from an art group on Facebook. Actually this art group is quite fascinating with a form of meditative art. Neurographica and NeuroArt club.. Yesterday I also showed my youngest 14yr old granddaughter Errin this group too. She loves artwork..yesterday was my granddaughter's birthday.  We all link up.💞

My life is blessed with Family Link Up ..giving me uplifting share time especially in difficult dreary winter days.. so looking forward to better weather and able to travel again to visit. 🙏🤲💞shukran Allah for blessings. You know was listening to Leen how grammatically correct she is when using English to speak with me. Celine her sister is using more English too. So important to keep these Princesses linguistically agile.. I wish I was more fluent in other languages. As I type this I am remembering when a child how I was fascinated with our wireless and tunning in to other country wavebands hearing the words of their languages.
