Baby Ahmed parcel arrived in Turkey

Good the parcel I sent to Turkey has finally arrived with the cardigan I knitted for Ahmed.... looks like he soon homed in on the chocolate and really enjoyed himself hhh...I wish I could send more but my funds are majorly restricted. I live in hope that I get a team of good reliable supporters that can help me on a regular basis with donations and fundraising. I also need to create a network of befrienders too... Today we had a problem to sort out with one of the family members in Germany. I have been busy contacting the local mosques and local German Red Cross to help. I enjoy this project it is my life now for sure.

I am still hooked on knitting socks this is for adult size - need to get some warm clothing ready for winter as if you remember from past posts and appeals they only have a wood burner in the house and sometimes run low and get cold.
Boshra in Belgium is getting hooked on the idea of knitting and crotchet - this is good all I need is to get her the materials and help her read English patterns.... There are some good French patterns too but I would need to fathom them out!

This project is my life for the rest of my life for sure and there is so much we can do together in the family life rebuild.
