Fun physio

 

So much fun this evening when Leen & Celine back from school in Belgium...me here in west London.. lol hhh Leen turning into some zoom Joe Wickes getting me to exercise my legs.. So needed with this sciatica..  Me with my walking stick like some geriatric cabaret act... hhhh Did me good.  Celine was the screen capture photographer.....but she had me in belly laughs when she joined in with Leens neck exercise fitness stretching neck to right to left & rotation...She was so cute serious concentration face with her teddy ears headband on ....this evening good how Celine little sister joined in.... shukran Allah for Family Link Up.
